Commerce Puts Duties On Steel Grating From China

Law360, New York (July 23, 2010, 1:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has ordered Chinese steel grating makers Sinosteel Yantai Steel Grating Co. Ltd. and Yantai Xinke Steel Structure Co. Ltd. to pay 137 percent anti-dumping duties, and hit Ningbo Jiulong Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd. with a 64 percent countervailing duty.
