Enviro Groups Sue EPA Over Agricultural Insecticide

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 3:25 PM EDT) -- Two environmental groups have filed suit in a bid to force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to respond to a 2007 petition asking for a ban on the widely used crop pesticide chlorpyrifos, which the groups claim poses a public health risk.
