Tribune Fights To See Examiner's Sealed Report

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 5:34 PM EDT) -- Counsel for The Tribune Co. on Monday sought the bankruptcy court's permission to access in full a redacted report from the court-appointed examiner that probes potential claims and causes of action in connection with Sam Zell's 2007 leveraged buyout of the now-bankrupt media company.
