Jones Day Lures IP Veteran From MoFo In China

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 11:49 AM EDT) -- The head of Morrison & Foerster LLP's China litigation practice has left for Jones Day, where he will bring a broad array of intellectual property experience to the firm's Shanghai office.

Michael Vella, who has more than 20 years of experience handling commercial disputes, has become the latest in a number of lateral additions to Jones Day, the firm announced Monday.
