Hanover Can't Shake Hotel's Suit For Katrina Coverage

Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 3:04 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected Hanover Insurance Co.’s attempt to dismiss a lawsuit over coverage for a hotel trashed by Hurricane Katrina, finding that Hanover failed to substantiate claims the hotel lied to the insurer to attain coverage for a property it did not in fact own.
