St. Vincent Files Reorganization Plan

Law360 (February 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers filed its Chapter 11 reorganization plan on Friday, detailing its plans to construct a new cutting-edge hospital in Greenwich Village and emerge from bankruptcy in mid-2007.

Saint Vincent touted the newly submitted plan as a boon for creditors, and noted that the proposed plan affords all creditors with timely filed claims a “realistic chance” of having their claims paid in full over time.
