Cache, Chico's Secrets Spat Returns To State Court

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 3:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has opted to send Chico’s FAS Inc.’s contract suit over employees’ alleged theft of trade secrets on 2010 clothing lines back to state court, despite defendant Cache Inc.’s contention that the case should stay in federal court because it deals with copyright issues.
