Gibson Dunn Reps Playdom In $563M Sale To Disney

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 1:20 PM EDT) -- Seeking to boost its presence in social media websites, The Walt Disney Co. has agreed to acquire online social gaming developer Playdom Inc. for $563.2 million.

The deal, announced Tuesday, also includes a performance-linked earn-out of up to $200 million, according to Disney.
