Multiven, Cisco Lay Down Swords In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 4:14 PM EDT) -- Multiven Inc. and Cisco Systems Inc. have agreed to put to rest all claims against each other in Multiven's suit accusing Cisco of trying to monopolize the market for network hardware services.

Judge James Ware signed off on the companies' stipulation of dismissal of Cisco's counterclaims against Multiven in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Wednesday. He approved a similar stipulation to dismiss Multiven's claims against Cisco on Monday.

Cisco is not obligated to pay Multiven anything, according to the settlement...
