Calif. Emissions Program Opponents Sue Over Ballot

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 4:54 PM EDT) -- Supporters of a ballot initiative to put California's climate change program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions on hold until the state unemployment rate drops below 5.5 percent have sued the state's attorney general over the proposed description of the ballot measure, saying it's false and misleading.
