$17M DLA Piper Malpractice Suit Sent To Ch. 11 Court

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 1:07 PM EDT) -- A $17 million malpractice lawsuit Joseph DelGreco & Co. Inc. filed against DLA Piper over a botched international brand licensing deal has been shipped from New York state court to a federal bankruptcy docket.

The textile and furniture seller's suit was transferred to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday after DelGreco removed the case to federal court July 23.
