Former HP Legal Eagle To Become Nokia's GC

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Joyce Norcini will join Nokia Siemens Networks on Monday as its new general counsel, leaving behind Hewlett-Packard Co., where she worked on mergers and most recently served as regional general counsel for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Norcini, who will be based at the telecom equipment maker's Espoo, Finland, headquarters, will report to CEO Rajeev Suri, Nokia announced Friday.
