Law360, New York (February 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Marking the latest prison sentences to be doled out in a wide-ranging concrete price-fixing scandal in Indiana, three concrete company employees were sentenced to jail time and given fines on Friday for their roles in the multi-company conspiracy.

Chris Beaver and Ricky Beaver, two cousins and managers at the Noblesville, Ind.-based Beaver Materials Corp., were each handed 27 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Larry J.
