Concrete Price-Fixing Scheme Yields More Sentences

Law360 (February 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Marking the latest prison sentences to be doled out in a wide-ranging concrete price-fixing scandal in Indiana, three concrete company employees were sentenced to jail time and given fines on Friday for their roles in the multi-company conspiracy.
