Dell Sues Ex-Workers For Contract, IP Violations

Law360, New York (February 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dell Inc. has accused a group of former employees of trampling the computer giant’s intellectual property and violating their employment agreements through a widespread scheme to illegally resell Dell hardware.

The lawsuit, filed Feb. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, alleges fraud, breach of contract, breach of employment agreements, trademark infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition.
