Brooks Bros. Blames Supplier For False Marking

Law360, New York (August 3, 2010, 6:27 PM EDT) -- Brooks Brothers Inc. told a federal appeals court Tuesday that a patent attorney lacked standing to sue it for falsely marking adjustable bow ties with expired patents because a supplier was responsible, though the plaintiff argued that the retailer retained liability nonetheless.
