Mattel Can Proceed With Most MGA Counterclaims

Law360, New York (August 3, 2010, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing the bitter dispute between MGA Entertainment Inc. and Mattel Inc. over Bratz dolls has allowed Mattel to move forward with the bulk of its counterclaims that include allegations of racketeering and trade secrets theft against MGA and several other parties.
