CareCore Antitrust Suit Survives Bid To Toss

Law360, New York (August 3, 2010, 12:26 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused CareCore National LLC's bid to toss an antitrust lawsuit claiming the health benefit management company conspired to keep a contractual stranglehold on competition for medical imaging services in the greater New York City area, allowing discovery in the case to proceed.
