20-Year-Old Cleanup Claims Against Texaco Barred

Law360, New York (August 4, 2010, 4:49 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy court judge has blocked a Louisiana real estate company from pursuing breach of contract and cleanup costs claims against Texaco because the plaintiffs missed the bar date for general unsecured claims more than 20 years ago.
