Law360, New York (August 4, 2010, 1:37 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ordered a new trial in a $4 million race discrimination and retaliation case against Pfizer Inc. unit Wyeth on the issue of retaliation, though it has let stand a jury's verdict for the drug company on the plaintiff's discrimination claims.
