Brown Rudnick Won't Be Sanctioned: Tribune Examiner

Law360, New York (August 4, 2010, 2:25 PM EDT) -- Brown Rudnick LLP is not likely to face serious repercussions for violating a confidentiality order by submitting an insufficiently redacted court filing, the examiner for the Tribune Co. bankruptcy has concluded.

That revelation came out of the newly public report filed Tuesday evening by examiner Kenneth Klee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. One of the questions Klee was asked to evaluate was whether JPMorgan Chase Bank NA would have a good case for winning sanctions against Brown Rudnick for the lapse....
