CIT Tells Commerce To Nix GPX Countervailing Duties

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 4:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has ordered the Department of Commerce for the second time to stop applying countervailing duties to off-road tires imported from China, handing a victory to GPX International Tire Corp.
