Victoria's Secret Loses Bid To Dodge Bra Patent Suit

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 1:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has given a lift to the inventor of an adjustable bra in her patent infringement suit against Victoria's Secret Store Brand Management Inc., denying the retailer's summary judgment motions for invalidity due to obviousness and noninfringement.
