OSHA Sets $16M Fine For Fatal Gas Plant Explosion

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 5:09 PM EDT) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has fined numerous construction and contracting companies a total of $16.6 million for safety violations related to a February explosion at a power plant being built in Connecticut that killed six workers and injured 50 others.
