China Apple Juice Concentrate Exporter Dodges Duties

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 11:39 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has decided not to levy anti-dumping duties on a Chinese producer and exporter of nonfrozen apple juice concentrate, determining in an initial finding that the company is free of government control.

Lingbao Xinyuan Fruit Industry Co. Ltd. made a sufficient case that it had not sold the juice concentrate below normal value for shipments imported between June 1, 2009 and Jan. 20, 2010, the International Trade Administration said in its preliminary results, effective Thursday.
