DOC To Rush CMC Duty Sunset Reviews For 3 Countries

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 12:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce did not receive adequate responses from producers of cellulose gum in the Netherlands, Finland and Sweden and therefore will speed its sunset review of anti-dumping duties imposed on the health care and oil field staple.

But the agency will conduct a full sunset review of imports of carboxymethylcellulose from Mexico, Commerce said in a filing Thursday as it probes whether to end duties in the billion-dollar industry.
