DC Circ. Orders SEC To Review NYSE Arca Data Fees

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 2:28 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Friday ordered the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to take a second look at a 2008 decision allowing NYSE Arca Inc. to impose market data fees, saying the exchange did not provide enough justification for the fees.
