ITC Puts Iron Casting Duty Reviews On Fast Track

Law360, New York (August 10, 2010, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to expedite its five-year review of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada and China.

The regulator has voted to conduct its third sunset review of the countervailing duty order for Brazilian-made heavy iron castings and of the anti-dumping orders for the same goods from all three countries on an expedited basis, it said Friday.
