ITA Hits Finnish CMC Producer With 6.1% Duty

Law360, New York (August 10, 2010, 5:25 PM EDT) -- CP Kelco Oy sold cellulose gum in the U.S. below fair value, the U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined, hitting the Finnish exporter with an anti-dumping duty margin of 6.10 percent on the health care and oil field staple.

The U.S. International Trade Administration made the finding after Aqualon Co., now a commercial unit of Ashland Inc. called Ashland Aqualon Functional Ingredients, asked for the review, the agency said Monday in the Federal Register.
