LeClairRyan Taps Successor For CEO Spot

Law360, New York (August 10, 2010, 3:47 PM EDT) -- LeClairRyan PC announced Tuesday that co-founder Gary D. LeClair is set to gradually hand over his role as CEO to shareholder David C. Freinberg, who currently heads up the firm's Newark, N.J., office.

Freinberg will officially assume responsibilities as CEO no later than the fall of 2012, while LeClair will retain his role as chairman once Freinberg's transition into the CEO role is complete, according to the firm.
