Skadden Must Produce Documents In Quellos Case

Law360, New York (August 10, 2010, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP to produce documents related to work it did for Quellos Group LLC in connection with an alleged tax shelter.

Judge Ricardo S. Martinez ordered Skadden to comply with a subpoena served on the firm as part of the U.S. government's criminal case against former Quellos CEO Jeffrey Greenstein.
