DC Circ. Orders FERC To Explain Rate Suspension

Law360, New York (August 10, 2010, 3:37 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday told the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that it must explain its reasons for suspending a rate set by Chehalis Power Generating LLC for reactive power supplied to the Bonneville Power Administration.
