Customs To Refund Berwick For Misclassified Bows

Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 5:30 PM EDT) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has conceded that it misclassified certain shipments of Chinese-manufactured Christmas bow decorations imported by Berwick Offray LLC, following the company's argument that the products should not be subject to any duties because they are “festive articles.”
