Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 4:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration on Wednesday rescinded its administrative review of an anti-dumping order on certain activated carbon from China with respect to a slew of Chinese companies, after the American petitioners that requested the review withdrew their request.
The administrative review applies to an anti-dumping duty order covering the period from April 1, 2009, to March 31, 2010. It was originally requested by Calgon Carbon Corp. and Norit Americas Inc.
