Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A former model on the game show “The Price is Right” has lodged a pregnancy discrimination and wrongful termination suit against CBS Corp. claiming that she was pushed into early pregnancy leave, barred from returning to work for nearly a year after her child was born and then fired abruptly.
Shane Stirling filed her complaint against defendants including CBS and The Price is Right Productions Inc. in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.
