Wash. AG Latest To Accuse LCD Makers Of Cartel

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 2:16 PM EDT) -- Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna has joined three other state attorneys general in hitting Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Hitachi Ltd. and six other technology companies with a lawsuit alleging they conspired to fix prices and limit production of liquid crystal display screens.
