AAI Pushes For Class Cert. In Hospital Merger Suit

Law360, New York (August 13, 2010, 4:57 PM EDT) -- The American Antitrust Institute has urged a federal appeals court to overturn a judge's denial of class certification to a group of patients alleging Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Corp.'s hospitals abused their monopoly power after a 2000 merger.
