Ga. Court Affirms Easing Of Insurance Revocation Rules

Law360, New York (August 13, 2010, 3:10 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has let Infinity General Insurance Co. off the hook for coverage of a fatal 2006 car accident in Georgia following a close ruling by the Georgia Supreme Court that insurance cancellation notices do not necessarily have to be unconditional in order to be valid.
