Ala. AG Sues BP, Transocean, Others Over Oil Spill

Law360, New York (August 13, 2010, 12:01 PM EDT) -- Citing foot-dragging and a campaign of misinformation by BP PLC and others, Alabama's attorney general has fired off a pair of complaints against a host of energy companies over the economic damage caused by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in April.
