Ecuadoreans Fight Chevron Over Footage Release

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 4:15 PM EDT) -- A group of Ecuadoreans seeking $27 billion from Chevron Corp. for allegedly contaminating groundwater have accused the oil giant of violating an appeals court order by sending outtakes from a documentary about the legal battle to a blogger and the San Francisco Chronicle.
