DirectSat, Unitek Workers Seek Sanctions In OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 12:33 PM EDT) -- A conditionally certified class of satellite installation technicians is asking a district court to slap DirectSat USA LLC and Unitek USA LLC with sanctions for allegedly failing to preserve digital information related to overtime lawsuits.

The request for sanctions, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin by Robert J. Gingras and Michael Luebke of Gingras Cates & Luebke SC and Michael J.
