Costco Hot Fuel Deal Needs More Work: Judge

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 2:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that the interests of the named plaintiffs are not aligned with those of every class member in a multidistrict litigation alleging unfair retail motor fuel sales practices, but that a proposed settlement with Costco Wholesale Corp. is otherwise fair.
