Appeals Court Hears Opposition To Stem Cell Institute

Law360 (February 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Lawyers representing anti-abortion groups and tax supporters have attacked a $3 billion California stem cell agency as unconstitutional and overrun by conflicts of interest, but at a recent meeting, a panel of three state appellate judges seemed skeptical of the claims.
