DOC Sets Initial Anti-Dumping Duties On Italian Pasta

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 5:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued preliminary results setting anti-dumping margins for two Italian pasta exporters found to sell pasta in the United States from 2008 to 2009 for less than normal value.

In a Federal Register notice Monday, the International Trade Administration set preliminary duties for Pastificio Attilio Mastromauro-Pasta Granoro SrL and Pastaficio Lucio Garofalo SpA for the period between July 1, 2008, and June 30, 2009.
