Allied Seeks Extension, Citing Labor Issues

Law360 (February 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Allied Holdings Inc. has asked a Georgia bankruptcy court for a 60-day extension of its exclusive rights to file and seek support for a reorganization plan, the sixth such request the bankrupt auto transporter has made since filing for Chapter 11 protection in July 2005.
