Augme Wants Orrick Sanctioned In AOL Web Patent Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 5:42 PM EDT) -- Augme Technologies Inc. has asked for sanctions against AOL LLC subsidiary Tacoda Inc. and its counsel at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, arguing that the firm claimed to represent witnesses it did not in a patent infringement suit against the Internet giant over website technology.
