Air Force Agrees To Hold Officer's DADT Discharge

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 6:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Department of Justice have agreed not to discharge a decorated flight officer under the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy until a federal court has held a hearing on a temporary restraining order the officer lodged to prevent his removal from the service.
