Law360, New York (August 18, 2010, 1:28 PM EDT) -- Arkansas, Wisconsin, Missouri, West Virginia and Michigan have become the latest states to lodge a complaint alleging Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Sharp Corp., Hitachi Ltd. and other technology companies engaged in a long-running conspiracy to fix prices for liquid crystal display monitors used in televisions and computers.
The complaint was filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, where there is already multidistrict antitrust litigation pending over the alleged scheme.
