Settlement Class Limited In Canadian Car MDL

Law360, New York (August 18, 2010, 1:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has indicated he will only partially certify a settlement class for a $35 million deal Toyota Motor Corp. and the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association struck in 2006 to resolve claims that they and others conspired to keep cheap Canadian cars out of the U.S. market.
