CDO's Credit Default Swap Beef With Wachovia Killed

Law360, New York (August 18, 2010, 2:45 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed the last claim standing in a hedge fund’s suit accusing Wachovia Bank NA of reneging on a credit default swap deal, ruling that CDO Plus Master Fund Ltd. failed to provide evidence that the bank didn’t live up to its end of the agreement.
