Italian Pasta Co. Seeks 3rd Remand In Dumping Suit

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 5:31 PM EDT) -- Italian pasta exporter Atar SRL is calling on the U.S. Court of International Trade to send an anti-dumping duty suit back to the Department of Commerce for the third time to reassess its dumping margin.

The company filed comments Wednesday in the CIT criticizing Commerce's decision not to change the 14.45 percent dumping margin assigned Atar in September on pasta products exported to the U.S.
